I ordered food new years eve and I came on time and tasted great as always. But I really wanted to say thank you to the delivery driver who I over paid by £20 without realising and he knocked the door and returned it. It takes a kind, honest person to do that. Thank you

Very nice food and good portions for the price. My only wrinkle would be the wait in store. I phoned my order through and was told 45 minutes for pick up. I arrived after that time and had to wait another 20 minutes. They seem to prioritise delivery drivers over customers who come to the shop.

Always busy (well seems that way) always 100% perfect. Doesn't seem to have a bad point, food is always spot on the price is good and the staff are always friendly. A true little gem of buckley and from what I've seen over the years a true go to place for all in the area. I don't often use the same place as a go to first place but Hong sing is always on our list when looking to avoid cooking more than well known places and others in the area.

The food is always hot, fresh and tastes amazing, best chinese we have ever had, wont go anywhere else, the salt and pepper chips are amazing as are the noodle dishes, ribs, rice dishes. And the portions are big enough for 2 meals
